Cluden Park’s utmost priority is the safety of our community and industry. In line with the Queensland Government's COVID-19 Guidelines, we have made a number of changes to our operations which means your race day and event experience may be different from the last time you visited.
COVID-19 Tracing Requirements
To assist us with COVID-19 Tracing requirements, all guests will be required to scan a QR code which will take you to an online form. This data will only be used for COVID-19 tracing purposes.
Ticket Refund Policy
If this event is cancelled due to COVID-19, all ticketed functions will be refunded, and private spaces will be issued a credit.
Cluden Park is accommodating patrons based on the Queensland Government’s 1 person per 2 square metre rules (current as of February 2021). Each room will have a limited capacity and popular areas may fill quickly. If your preferred area is full there will be alternative bars and eateries for you to enjoy. We encourage all patrons to pre-book to avoid missing out on tickets on the day. Once the rooms and function spaces reach capacity, we will redirect patrons to alternative areas of the racecourse.
Social Distancing and Bio-Security Measures
Attendees will need to adhere to social distancing and bio-security measures as directed. Wherever possible, stay 1.5 metres apart and practise good hand hygiene. Hand sanitisation stations will be available. Please do not attend the racecourse if you are unwell, have COVID-19 symptoms or have been to a declared COVID-19 hotspot in the previous 14 days. As part of the conditions of entry, Cluden Park has the right to refuse entry or service and insist that anyone with COVID-19 symptoms leaves the racecourse immediately.
Food & Beverage Purchases
EFTPOS payments are encouraged for food & beverage purchases. External food must not be brought onto the course, unless for specific dietary needs.
